You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Italian, with English at the B2+ level for training and internal communication. The role includes paid training, full relocation support, and a rotating shift schedule from 08:00 to 00:00.

No prior experience is required, and the company emphasizes a professional, multicultural environment with growth opportunities.
