Cross Border Talents in Modena, Italy, is seeking enthusiastic Social Media Customer Care agents to join our team starting in July and August. You will assist customers via social platforms and digital channels, delivering outstanding support and a positive experience.

We value fluency in Italian and good English, 20 WPM typing, and strong communication. The role is full-time (40 hours/week) with rotating shifts, flight reimbursement, comprehensive health insurance, and relocation support;

Competenze

• Fluent in Italian (written and spoken).
• English proficiency at an intermediate level (B1/B2).
• Typing speed of at least 20 words per minute.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
