Savior Artigos Texteis Lda is seeking Italian-speaking Sales Agents for an international project with a leading global technology company. You will engage with SMBs via outbound email and phone outreach to build a strong pipeline of qualified leads, introducing clients to cloud products and upgrades.

You will focus on qualification and education rather than closing deals, working in a dynamic team with regular training and weekend scheduling as required.

Formación

• Native-level Italian language skills (C1).
• Business English at C1 level.
• Experience in sales, customer service, or business development.
• Familiarity with CRM systems.
• Typing speed ≥ 25 WPM with 85% accuracy.
• Diploma or bachelor's degree.

Responsabilidades

• Run outbound sales by email and phone to build a pipeline.
• Source and contact prospective and existing business clients.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.
• Qualify leads to understand client needs.
• Discuss challenges with decision-makers and propose cloud solutions.

We are recruiting Italian-speaking Sales Agents to join an international project for a leading global technology company. You will work with small and medium-sized businesses through outbound email and phone outreach. The focus is on building a strong pipeline of qualified leads and introducing clients to cloud products and upgrades, rather than closing deals directly.

Key Responsibilities

• Run outbound sales by email and phone, covering new sales, upselling, client retention and renewals
• Source and contact prospective and existing business clients
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads
• Analyse and qualify leads to understand each client's business needs
• Talk with decision-makers about their challenges and propose relevant solutions
• Explain the benefits and features of cloud products and available upgrades

Requirements

• Native-level or C1 Italian
• C1 Business English
• Previous experience in sales, customer service or business development is preferred
• Familiarity with CRM systems
• Strong accountability, persuasiveness and written communication
• Confident PC and browser use, plus a basic understanding of cloud services
• Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute with 85% accuracy
• Diploma or bachelor's degree
