Cross Border Talents is seeking Italian-speaking Sales Agents to drive outbound outreach and build a robust pipeline of qualified leads for a leading tech company. You will engage small and medium businesses by email and phone, showcasing cloud products and upgrades rather than closing deals directly.

You'll source prospects, qualify needs, and communicate value to decision-makers, with a structured training path and weekday daytime schedule. Fluency in Italian and English are essential.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with CRM systems
• Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute with 85% accuracy
• Strong accountability, persuasiveness and written communication
