Cross Border Talents is seeking Italian-speaking Sales Agents to join an international project for a leading global technology company. You will engage small and medium-sized businesses via outbound email and phone outreach to build a qualified pipeline and introduce cloud products and upgrades.

You will focus on outbound activities, sourcing clients, leading with recommendations, and expanding cloud product adoption within SMBs.

Qualifications

• Native-level or C1 Italian requirement.
• C1 Business English proficiency.
• Familiarity with CRM systems.
• Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute with 85% accuracy.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree required.

Responsabilités

• Run outbound sales by email and phone, covering new sales, upselling, client retention and renewals.
• Source and contact prospective and existing business clients.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.
• Analyse and qualify leads to understand each client's business needs.
• Talk with decision-makers about their challenges and propose relevant solutions.
• Explain the benefits and features of cloud products and available upgrades.

Key responsibilities

• Run outbound sales by email and phone, covering new sales, upselling, client retention and renewals
• Source and contact prospective and existing business clients
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads
• Analyse and qualify leads to understand each client's business needs
• Talk with decision-makers about their challenges and propose relevant solutions
• Explain the benefits and features of cloud products and available upgrades

Requirements

• Native-level or C1 Italian
• C1 Business English
• Previous experience in sales, customer service or business development is preferred
• Familiarity with CRM systemsStrong accountability, persuasiveness and written communication
• Confident PC and browser use, plus a basic understanding of cloud services
• Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute with 85% accuracy
• Diploma or bachelor's degree
