The role involves assisting Italian-speaking customers via phone and digital channels, resolving inquiries, and delivering a professional customer experience from a remote Greece-based setup.

Fluency in Italian (native/C1) and English (B2) is required, with strong communication skills and the ability to work remotely. Relocation support is available for eligible candidates.
