WW Talents is hiring an Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative to work onsite in Greece. You will assist customers in Italian and English, handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat, and ensure high-quality service in a fast-paced, international environment.

Relocation support is available, including flight, hotel, and real estate assistance. Full training is provided from day one to help you excel in a multinational team.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian (C1/C2) and English (B2+) required.
• Experience in customer support is a plus, but not required.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities are essential.

Mansioni

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve account-related issues.
• Guide customers on platform, product, and service questions.
