WW Talents is seeking an Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative to join an international team onsite in Greece. You will handle customer inquiries in Italian via phone, email, and chat, with training provided and relocation support for EU applicants.

The role requires fluent Italian (C1/C2) and good English (B2+). No heavy prior experience is required, and you will join a multicultural environment with career development opportunities.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian required (C1/C2 level).
• English required (B2+).
• Previous Customer Support experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused and empathetic approach.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and multiple applications.
