CBTalents.org is seeking a Customer Support Specialist (Italian speaker) to join our Lisbon team. Relocation package included, with flight, accommodation, bills, and paperwork fully covered. The role focuses on assisting Italian-speaking users via email, chat, and tickets in a lively international setting.

You will provide account guidance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a smooth, empathetic customer experience. A 40h/week rotational shift and EU work authorization are required.

Competenze

• Native/Fluent Italian with good working English (B2).
• Willing to relocate to Lisbon, Portugal.
• Willing to work 40h/week in rotational shifts (Mon–Sun).
• EU passport or valid work authorization for Portugal.

Mansioni

• Support Italian-speaking users via email, chat, and support tickets.
