Bachecalavoro cerca un/una Customer Support Representative con fluente italiano e buona conoscenza dell'inglese per un progetto internazionale basato in Grecia. Il ruolo prevede supporto ai clienti italiani via telefono e canali digitali, offrendo un servizio professionale e positivo.

Si lavora in remoto dall'interno della Grecia; è disponibile supporto al relocation. Verrà richiesto un approccio orientato al cliente e buone capacità comunicative per gestire richieste e problemi con efficienza.

Competenze

• Italiano nativo o livello C1.
• Inglese minimo B2 richiesto.
• Ottime capacità di comunicazione scritta e verbale.
• Buona dimestichezza con computer e applicazioni digitali.

Mansioni

• Assistere clienti tramite canali telefonici e digitali.
• Gestire richieste ed inchieste in modo professionale.
• Identificare necessità del cliente e fornire informazioni accurate.

About The Role

We are hiring an Italian-speaking Customer Support Representative to join an international customer service project based in Greece.

In this role, you will support Italian-speaking customers through phone and digital channels, assist with general inquiries, resolve customer issues efficiently, and provide a professional and positive customer experience.

This is a remote position within Greece. Candidates may already be based in Greece or be open to relocating, with relocation support available

Responsibilities

• Assist customers through phone and digital support channels
• Respond to customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
• Identify customer needs and provide accurate information
• Resolve customer issues with empathy and a customer-focused approach
• Escalate complex cases when necessary
