Bachecalavoro ricerca un/una Customer Support Representative che parli italiano (C1) e inglese (B2) per supportare clienti italiani in un progetto internazionale basato in Grecia. Ruolo remoto con possibilità di trasferimento e supporto relocation.

Si interverrà via telefono e canali digitali, fornendo risposte accurate, assistenza professionale e mantenendo elevati standard di esperienza cliente. Disponibilità a lavorare da remoto dalla Grecia è richiesta.

Competenze

• Requisiti: italiano a livello nativo/C1 e inglese B2 o superiore.
• Ottime capacità comunicative scritte e verbali.
• Capacità di lavorare in remoto e gestione delle richieste.

About The Role

We are hiring an Italian-speaking Customer Support Representative to join an international customer service project based in Greece.

In this role, you will support Italian-speaking customers through phone and digital channels, assist with general inquiries, resolve customer issues efficiently, and provide a professional and positive customer experience.

This is a remote position within Greece. Candidates may already be based in Greece or be open to relocating, with relocation support available
