Cbtalents is seeking an Italian-speaking Customer Support Representative to join a Greece-based, remote project. You will assist Italian-speaking customers via phone and digital channels, handling inquiries and resolving issues with a customer-first approach.

The role offers relocation support and is fully remote from Greece, with candidates who can relocate or are already in Greece encouraged to apply.

About The Role

We are hiring an Italian-speaking Customer Support Representative to join an international customer service project based in Greece.

In this role, you will support Italian-speaking customers through phone and digital channels, assist with general inquiries, resolve customer issues efficiently, and provide a professional and positive customer experience.

This is a remote position within Greece. Candidates may already be based in Greece or be open to relocating, with relocation support available
