Bachecalavoro cerca un/una Customer Support Representative che parli italiano a livello nativo o C1 e inglese minimo B2, per un progetto internazionale basato in Grecia.

Supporterai i clienti italiani tramite telefono e canali digitali, rispondendo a richieste, guidando soluzioni e offrendo un servizio professionale.

La posizione è remota dalla Grecia, con trasferimento possibile e relocation support; sono richieste ottime capacità comunicative e uso di strumenti digitali.

About The Role

We are hiring an Italian-speaking Customer Support Representative to join an international customer service project based in Greece.

In this role, you will support Italian-speaking customers through phone and digital channels, assist with general inquiries, resolve customer issues efficiently, and provide a professional and positive customer experience.

This is a remote position within Greece. Candidates may already be based in Greece or be open to relocating, with relocation support available

Responsibilities

• Assist customers through phone and digital support channels
• Respond to customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
• Identify customer needs and provide accurate information
• Resolve customer issues with empathy and a customer-focused approach
• Escalate complex cases when necessary
