Eco Plus Solutions AB is seeking a motivated Italian-speaking customer support agent to join our Lisbon team. You will handle inquiries by phone, email and live chat, delivering friendly, solution-focused help on a rotating 24/7 schedule.

Fluency in Italian (C1–C2) and good English (minimum B2) are required, along with strong listening and data-recording skills in our CRM. This on-site role includes relocation or local resident packages. Training is provided.

• Italian proficiency at C1–C2 level; English at least B2.
• Strong interpersonal skills, active listening and ability to work under high‑volume pressure.
• Legal right to work in EU/EEA.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, solution‑focused assistance to Italian customers through calls, emails and live chat.
• Investigate issues, identify root causes and deliver personalized resolutions.
• Accurately record customer data, inquiry details and resolution steps in the enterprise CRM system.
• Meet performance targets such as CSAT, first contact resolution (FCR) and average handle time (AHT).
• Participate in continuous training to stay updated on product changes, guidelines and workflows.
• Flexibility to work rotating 24/7 shifts on‑site in Lisbon.

Qualifications

• Native or advanced (C1–C2) proficiency in Italian; operational English (minimum B2).
• Strong interpersonal skills, active listening and ability to work under high‑volume pressure.
• Legal right to work in the EU/EEA (EU passport or Portuguese work authorization).

Compensation & Benefits

• Plan A – local resident package: €1,262.33 gross monthly, housing self‑managed.
• Plan B – relocation package: €1,059.00 gross monthly, private room in shared company flat, airfare reimbursement and airport transfer.
