Eco Plus Solutions AB in Lisbon seeks fluent Italian speakers to join our international team as the primary contact for Italian‑speaking clients, handling inquiries by phone, live chat and email.

You will provide customer support in Italian, identify issues, record case details in the CRM, and work toward CSAT targets, first contact resolution and efficient handling times. Flexible 24/7 shifts and a comprehensive benefits package are included.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian (C1-C2) and at least English B2 for software use and internal communication.
• Full flexibility to work 24/7 rotating shifts (8-hour shifts).
• EU/EEA citizenship or legal authorization to work in Portugal.
• Excellent active listening, strong communication skills and ability to stay calm under pressure.

• meet operational targets such as csat, first contact resolution and average handle time.
• participate in continuous learning programs to stay updated on platform changes and company guidelines.

Requirements

• fluent italian (c1‑c2) and at least b2 english for software use and internal communication.
• full flexibility to work rotating 24/7 shifts (8‑hour shifts).
• valid eu/eea citizenship or legal authorization to work in portugal.
• excellent active listening, strong communication skills and ability to stay calm under pressure.

Compensation options

• option a – local contract: €1262,33 gross monthly (12months), housing self‑arranged.
• option b – relocation contract: €1059,00 gross monthly, private bedroom in shared company flat, utilities covered.
