Job summary

The Career Nest is hiring for a fully remote Italian-speaking customer support role in Greece, with complete relocation support and paid training. The position offers a base package of €1,045 gross per month paid 14 times per year, plus a performance bonus up to 15% based on targets.

You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat, troubleshoot issues, and guide customers through products and platform features.

Job Details

Location: Greece – 100% Remote / Work From Anywhere in Greece

Working Schedule: 5 days per week, 8 hours/day with rotational shifts between 08:00–00:00

Languages: Italian C1/C2 + English B2+

Compensation: €1,045 gross/month x 14 salaries + Performance bonus up to 15% subject to target achievement + Fully paid training from day one

Relocation Package: Flight ticket + 2 weeks of hotel accommodation + Airport pickup + Real estate agency fee covered
