The Career Nest is seeking a customer support specialist to assist Italian-speaking customers remotely from anywhere in Greece. The role includes handling inquiries via phone, email, and chat, with rotations across shifts and a training program starting from day one.

Candidates should be fluent in Italian (C1/C2) and proficient in English (B2+), have strong communication, and be comfortable using CRM systems in a fast-paced, international team.

Job Details

Location: Greece – 100% Remote / Work From Anywhere in Greece

Working Schedule: 5 days per week, 8 hours/day with rotational shifts between 08:00–00:00

Languages: Italian C1/C2 + English B2+

Compensation: €1,045 gross/month x 14 salaries + Performance bonus up to 15% subject to target achievement + Fully paid training from day one

Relocation Package: Flight ticket + 2 weeks of hotel accommodation + Airport pickup + Real estate agency fee covered
