FH Collective - Academy is seeking an Italian-speaking Customer Support Specialist for a fully remote role in Greece. The position offers relocation support, paid training, and a salary paid in 14 monthly installments.

You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat, maintain high customer satisfaction, and work with a multilingual team on global platforms.

Fluency in Italian (C1/C2) and English (B2+) are required, with Rotational shifts and a friendly, fast-paced environment.

Job Details

Location: Greece – 100% Remote / Work From Anywhere in Greece

Working Schedule: 5 days per week, 8 hours/day with rotational shifts between 08:00–00:00

Languages: Italian C1/C2 + English B2+

Compensation: €1,045 gross/month x 14 salaries + Performance bonus up to 15% subject to target achievement + Fully paid training from day one

Relocation Package: Flight ticket + 2 weeks of hotel accommodation + Airport pickup + Real estate agency fee covered
