FH Collective - Academy is hiring an Italian-speaking customer support specialist for a fully remote role based in Greece, with a relocation package included. You will handle Italian-language inquiries by phone, email and chat, support customers on products and services, and ensure high satisfaction while working in a fast-paced, international team.

Relocation covers flight, hotel, airport pickup, and real estate support; training starts day one and compensation is €1,045 gross per month with 14

Job Details

Location: Greece – 100% Remote / Work From Anywhere in Greece

Working Schedule: 5 days per week, 8 hours/day with rotational shifts between 08:00–00:00

Languages: Italian C1/C2 + English B2+

Compensation: €1,045 gross/month x 14 salaries + Performance bonus up to 15% subject to target achievement + Fully paid training from day one

Relocation Package: Flight ticket + 2 weeks of hotel accommodation + Airport pickup + Real estate agency fee covered
