FH Collective Academy is hiring a fluent Italian-speaking Customer Support professional for a fully remote role based in Greece, with a full relocation package and paid training. You will work 5 days a week, 8 hours daily, across rotational shifts, serving Italian customers by phone, email, and chat.

Requirements include Italian fluency at C1/C2 and English B2+, strong communication, problem solving, and experience with CRM tools.

Job Details

Location: Greece – 100% Remote / Work From Anywhere in Greece

Working Schedule: 5 days per week, 8 hours/day with rotational shifts between 08:00–00:00

Languages: Italian C1/C2 + English B2+

Compensation: €1,045 gross/month x 14 salaries + Performance bonus up to 15% subject to target achievement + Fully paid training from day one

Relocation Package: Flight ticket + 2 weeks of hotel accommodation + Airport pickup + Real estate agency fee covered
