FH Collective Academy offers a fully remote customer support role based in Greece, with relocation support and paid training. The position requires fluent Italian and English for training and internal comms, 5 days a week, with rotational shifts.

Compensation is €1,045 gross per month paid across 14 salaries, plus a performance bonus up to 15% and fully paid training from day one. You'll provide Italian-language support via phone, email and chat, handle inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and

Job Details

Location: Greece – 100% Remote / Work From Anywhere in Greece

Working Schedule: 5 days per week, 8 hours/day with rotational shifts between 08:00–00:00

Languages: Italian C1/C2 + English B2+

Compensation: €1,045 gross/month x 14 salaries + Performance bonus up to 15% subject to target achievement + Fully paid training from day one

Relocation Package: Flight ticket + 2 weeks of hotel accommodation + Airport pickup + Real estate agency fee covered
