Job summary

FH Collective Academy offers a fully remote role in Greece with a complete relocation package and training from day one. You will support Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat, while coordinating with international teams.

The position requires Italian fluency (C1/C2) and English (B2+), with shifts across a 5-day workweek and a rotating schedule. Relocation and paid training are provided.

Job Details

Location: Greece – 100% Remote / Work From Anywhere in Greece

Working Schedule: 5 days per week, 8 hours/day with rotational shifts between 08:00–00:00

Languages: Italian C1/C2 + English B2+

Compensation: €1,045 gross/month x 14 salaries + Performance bonus up to 15% subject to target achievement + Fully paid training from day one

Relocation Package: Flight ticket + 2 weeks of hotel accommodation + Airport pickup + Real estate agency fee covered
