FH Collective Academy is hiring for a fully remote customer support role based in Greece. You will handle Italian-language inquiries via phone, email and chat, while benefiting from relocation support and funded training to join an international team.

Requirements include fluent Italian (C1/C2) and English (B2+). The role offers rotational shifts, a performance bonus, and a comprehensive relocation package including flights, hotel stay, and real estate support.

This is a fully remote role within Greece, with a full relocation package provided.

Job Details

Location: Greece – 100% Remote / Work From Anywhere in Greece

Working Schedule: 5 days per week, 8 hours/day with rotational shifts between 08:00–00:00

Languages: Italian C1/C2 + English B2+

Compensation: €1,045 gross/month x 14 salaries + Performance bonus up to 15% subject to target achievement + Fully paid training from day one

Relocation Package: Flight ticket + 2 weeks of hotel accommodation + Airport pickup + Real estate agency fee covered

Your Responsibilities
