Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer support services to Zenith users, ensuring a premium experience in every interaction
• Maintain expertise in company products and services to provide accurate and efficient technical assistance
• Effectively manage inbound inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, adhering to quality and satisfaction benchmarks
• Document customer interactions and feedback accurately within the CRM to support continuous service improvements
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues, maintaining high standards for Italian-speaking roles
• Identify opportunities for service enhancements to keep Zenith at the forefront of Customer Support Services
• Contribute to a positive team environment while hitting individual and collective performance targets
