WW Talents seeks an Italian-speaking customer support agent for a fully remote role based in Greece, with relocation assistance and a path to an international career.

You will provide Italian support via phone, email and chat, handle inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and document interactions while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Training starts day one and roles operate across rotating shifts.

Job Details

Location: Greece – 100% Remote / Work From Anywhere in Greece Working

Schedule: 5 days per week, 8 hours/day with rotational shifts between 08:00–00:00

Languages: Italian C1/C2 + English B2+

Compensation: €1,045 gross/month x 14 salaries + Performance bonus up to 15% subject to target achievement + Fully paid training from day one

Relocation Package: Flight ticket + 2 weeks of hotel accommodation + Airport pickup + Real estate agency fee covered

Your Responsibilities
