Teamworks is hiring in the UK to own the customer relationships across Italy and Southern Europe. You will lead Hub implementations in Italian, and collaborate with our Product Success team on non-Hub products.

Based in the UK, you will travel regularly to Italy to build trust and renewals with professional sports organizations, serving Coaches, Medical staff, and administrators with data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Italian and English, spoken and written.
• Based in the UK and able to travel frequently to Italy.
• Hands-on experience in a professional sport organization or club.
• Strong project management, data literacy, and communication skills.
• Data-driven mindset with passion for customer experience.
• Leadership and ability to guide sports organizations through software adoption.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end relationships for Italy and Southern Europe customers.
• Lead hub implementations in Italian with Product Success collaboration.
• Analyze customer data and draw insights to increase engagement and value.
• Drive renewals and maintain high account health.
• Collaborate with an Italian-speaking Account Executive on demos and cross-sell.
• Build real, on-site relationships across the region.
