CB Talents SP is seeking a Digital Ads Specialist to join an international customer team in Lisbon, Portugal. You will speak with customers by phone to understand their needs, recommend products, present offers, and close sales while upselling related services.

The role offers a total package of €1,100 per month including accommodation, with health insurance from day one and a rotating schedule. Fluency in Italian and strong communication are required.

• Fluent Italian is required.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.
• Sales or telesales experience is a plus.
• Willingness to relocate to Lisbon, Portugal.

What You'll Do

As an DigitalAds Specialists, you'll speak with customers by phone to:

• Understand their needs and recommend suitable products or subscriptions
• Present offers and close sales
• Upsell and cross-sell relevant products
• Answer questions about services and subscriptions
• Handle customer doubts and complaints
• Build positive customer relationships

Compensation & Conditions

• €1,100 total package/month including accommodation benefit paid 14x per year
• Health insurance from day one
• 40 hours/week, 8 hours/day
• Rotating schedule: Monday–Friday 07:00–19:00; Saturday 08:00–17:00

You'd Be a Good Fit If You...

• Speak Italian fluently

• Have strong communication and negotiation skills
• Can handle rejection and customer objections
• Enjoy working towards measurable sales targets

Sales or telesales experience is a plus, especially if you're already comfortable with upselling, cross-selling, or handling customer objections.
