Job summary

CB Talents SP is hiring an Inbound Telesales Representative to join an international telecoms support team. You will speak with customers by phone to understand needs and recommend mobile, internet, and connectivity products.

The role offers a monthly total package up to €1,050 including accommodation, health insurance from day one, and a rotating schedule (Mon–Fri 07:00–19:00; Sat 08:00–17:00). Training in English lasts about 10 working days.

Qualifications

• Fluent Italian is required.
• Experience in sales or telesales is a plus.
• Comfortable presenting products over the phone.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

What You'll Do

As an Inbound Telesales Representative, you'll speak with customers by phone to:

• Understand their needs and recommend suitable products or subscriptions
• Present offers and close sales
• Upsell and cross-sell relevant products
• Answer questions about services and subscriptions
• Handle customer doubts and complaints
• Build positive customer relationships

Compensation & Conditions

• Up to €1,050 total package/month including accommodation benefit
• Health insurance from day one
• 40 hours/week, 8 hours/day
• Rotating schedule: Monday–Friday 07:00–19:00; Saturday 08:00–17:00
• Initial training: around 10 working days, in English, and compensated after successful completion

You'd Be a Good Fit If You...

• Speak Italian fluently
• Enjoy talking to people and understanding what they need
• Are comfortable presenting products and services over the phone
• Have strong communication and negotiation skills
• Can handle rejection and customer objections
• Enjoy working towards measurable sales targets

Sales or telesales experience is a plus, especially if you're already comfortable with upselling, cross-selling, or handling customer objections.
