Job summary

Cb Talents in Portugal is seeking an Inbound Telesales Representative to help customers choose mobile, internet, and connectivity plans. You will handle calls, present offers, and close sales in a friendly environment.

Relocation from another EU country is supported with furnished accommodation, a reimbursed flight to Lisbon, and an international work environment. Training in English, about 10 working days, is paid after completion.

Qualifications

• Sales or telesales experience is a plus.
• Fluent Italian required.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

What You'll Do

As an Inbound Telesales Representative, you'll speak with customers by phone to:

• Understand their needs and recommend suitable products or subscriptions
• Present offers and close sales
• Upsell and cross-sell relevant products
• Answer questions about services and subscriptions
• Handle customer doubts and complaints
• Build positive customer relationships

Compensation & Conditions

• Up to €1,050 total package/month including accommodation benefit
• Health insurance from day one
• 40 hours/week, 8 hours/day
• Rotating schedule: Monday–Friday 07:00–19:00; Saturday 08:00–17:00
• Initial training: around 10 working days, in English, and compensated after successful completion
