Job summary

AMETEK Inc. in Italy is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to support inside sales across the assigned geographic region, handling order entry, supplier registration, invoicing, and data upkeep in SFDC.

You will collaborate with SDRs to accelerate order throughput and ensure best first contact with customers. You will create quotes in CPQ, manage POs, review contracts, and coordinate with Account Managers, Renewal Specialists, and Revenue Operations to maintain accurate data and timely

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or college diploma in administration or related field.
• Fluent Italian and English; additional languages a plus.
• 2+ years in Sales Operations, Customer Support, Order Management, or related field.
• Experience with Salesforce, CPQ, SAP, or similar systems is a strong asset.
• Interest in client support and/or sales.

Responsibilities

• Create and process quotes in CPQ according to internal guidelines.
• Interact with customers and the sales team to ensure a smooth sales process.
• Maintain opportunities and tasks in SFDC (Salesforce).
• Coordinate with Contracts Desk on customer terms and conditions for review.
