Job summary

AMETEK, Inc. is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist in Italy to support inside sales across the assigned territory. You will manage order entry, CPQ quotes, SFDC updates, and invoicing, ensuring fast throughput and accurate documentation.

Fluent Italian and English, 2+ years in Sales Operations or related fields, and experience with Salesforce/CPQ/SAP are preferred. You will collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Operations in a dynamic, international team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or college diploma in Administration or related field.
• Fluency in Italian and English; additional languages advantageous.
• 2+ years in Sales Operations, Customer Support, Order Management, Commercial Operations, or related fields.
• Experience with Salesforce, CPQ, SAP or similar systems is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Create and process quotes in CPQ for FARO products.
• Interact with customers and sales team to ensure smooth sales process.
• Maintain opportunities and tasks in SFDC (Salesforce).
• Request inventory availability for CPO, TTD, and Rental equipment.
• Process vendor purchase quotes and orders from vendor portals.
• Review incoming POs for accuracy and attach documentation.
• Submit contracts for review with Contracts Desk.
