Agilent Technologies Italia SpA is seeking a Laboratory Service Sales Remote Account Manager to cover the Italian market from the Greater Milan area in a hybrid role. You will drive remote sales activities, build long-term relationships with procurement teams and end users, and identify new business opportunities to grow the service portfolio.

Competenze

• University degree in Life Science (Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biology…) preferred.
• Experience in a commercial, customer-facing, or inside sales role with laboratory clients/environments.
• Full professional fluency in Italian and strong professional English.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with CRM/digital sales tools.

Mansioni

• Meet sales objectives by driving remote sales activities (inbound and outbound calls, emails, chats, virtual meetings).
• Develop and maintain relationships with procurement, laboratory managers, and end users.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities within assigned territory.
• Collaborate with field service engineers and internal sales teams to ensure a differentiated customer experience.
• Prepare and manage service quotations with accuracy and follow-up.
