Donaldson is seeking an HR Generalist to support employees and managers across our Italian locations: Ostiglia, Porto Mantovano and Opera. You will drive recruitment, onboarding, training and engagement while handling day-to-day HR activities to keep sites running smoothly.

The role offers a hybrid working arrangement with travel to Porto Mantovano and Opera. The annual salary range is €33,500-€44,600, with benefits including meal vouchers and health insurance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in HR, economics, law or related field.
• At least three years of experience in a generalist HR role.
• Solid knowledge of Italian employment legislation and its practical application.
• Fluency in Italian and advanced English with ability to collaborate internationally.
• Willingness to travel between Italian locations.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment across three Italian locations with hiring managers and the EMEA Talent Acquisition team.
• Build relationships with schools and universities and coordinate onboarding for new employees.
• Coordinate training, maintain training records and support performance reviews.
• Turn employee feedback into practical engagement and wellbeing initiatives.
• Advise employees and managers on everyday HR matters, applying Italian employment legislation and company policies.
• Support HR and payroll administration, maintaining accurate employee records and reports.
