Donaldson Italia s.r.l. is seeking an HR Generalist to support employees and managers across Ostiglia, Porto Mantovano and Opera. You will manage recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee engagement, while ensuring compliance with Italian employment legislation.

The role offers a hybrid working arrangement with travel to Porto Mantovano and Opera, collaborating with the HR Manager and EMEA teams to deliver local impact and strengthen people processes across the organization.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Economics, Law or a related field.
• At least three years of experience in a generalist HR role.
• Sound knowledge of Italian employment legislation and its practical application.
• Fluent Italian and advanced English, with the confidence to collaborate internationally.
• Willingness to travel between Italian locations.

Mansioni

• Manage recruitment across our three Italian locations with hiring managers and the EMEA Talent Acquisition team.
• Build relationships with schools and universities and coordinate onboarding for new employees.
• Coordinate training, maintain training records and support performance reviews.
• Turn employee feedback into practical engagement and wellbeing initiatives.
• Advise employees and managers on everyday HR matters, applying Italian employment legislation and company policies.
• Support HR and payroll administration, maintaining accurate employee records and reports.
