Tavrion Dynamics is seeking fluent Italian speakers to join our Customer Care team in Lisbon for a 12-month contract, with full-time hours (40 per week) and a rotating 8-hour shift schedule. You will respond to inquiries via phone, email, and chat, delivering clear information and effective solutions while maintaining a customer-first attitude.

Qualifications include fluent Italian, intermediate English (B1/B2), and a minimum typing speed of 20+wpm.

We're looking for fluent Italian speakers with a passion for customer service and technical support to join our Customer Care team in November & December in Lisbon.

You'll be the voice of the brand across different channels, helping customers with their questions, resolving issues, and creating a positive experience with every interaction.

Please note: You must be eligible to work in Portugal and able to work in Lisbon, that's mandatory.
