Tavrion Dynamics is seeking fluent Italian speakers to join our Customer Care team in Lisbon for a 12-month contract, with the possibility of renewal. You’ll handle customer inquiries via phone, email and chat, providing clear information and empathetic support.

The role offers full-time hours, relocation assistance, flight ticket reimbursement, and health insurance, plus free Portuguese language classes to help you settle and grow in Portugal.

Qualificações

• Fluent Italian, written and spoken.
• Intermediate English (B1/B2).
• Typing speed of 20+ words per minute.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

We're looking for fluent Italian speakers with a passion for customer service and technical support to join our Customer Care team in November & December in Lisbon.

You'll be the voice of the brand across different channels, helping customers with their questions, resolving issues, and creating a positive experience with every interaction.

Please note: You must be eligible to work in Portugal and able to work in Lisbon, that's mandatory.
