Job summary

Cross Border Talents is hiring a fluent Italian-speaking Customer Care agent to join our team in Lisbon for November & December. You'll handle queries via phone, email and chat, provide accurate information and friendly service in a fast-paced, international environment.

Eligible to work in Portugal and able to work in Lisbon is mandatory. The role offers a 12-month initial contract, full-time hours and a rotating shift, with flight reimbursement and health insurance, plus free Portuguese

We’re looking for fluent Italian speakers with a passion for customer service and technical support to join our Customer Care team in November & December in Lisbon.

You’ll be the voice of the brand across different channels, helping customers with their questions, resolving issues, and creating a positive experience with every interaction.

Please note: You must be eligible to work in Portugal and able to work in Lisbon, that's mandatory.

What You’ll Do

Contract & Working Conditions

• 12-month initial contract, with the possibility of renewal.
