Amplifon is seeking a Global CRM Intern to support the development and execution of customer engagement initiatives across multiple markets. Based in Milan, you will contribute to CRM campaigns, customer journeys, and performance analysis within an international team.

The role offers hands-on experience with data-driven marketing in a leading hearing care company. You should be finishing a Master’s degree and have a strong interest in CRM, digital marketing, and analytics, plus proficiency with

Competenze

Master's degree in a related field.
Strong interest in CRM and digital marketing.
Proficiency with Excel; basic PowerPoint skills; SQL/BI familiarity a plus.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Mansioni

Supporting the design and implementation of CRM campaigns and customer journeys aligned with global engagement and business objectives.
Assisting in the coordination and monitoring of CRM activities across markets, ensuring consistency with global guidelines and best practices.
Analyzing campaign performance and customer engagement data, identifying insights and opportunities to improve results.
Contributing to the optimization of CRM processes, tools, and channels, while supporting the sharing of best practices across regions.
