Amplifon is seeking a Global Customer Intelligence & CRM Insights Manager at its Milan HQ. You will gather, analyze, and interpret global customer data to inform regional marketing strategies and boost customer engagement through data-driven insights.

Collaborating with the Global CRM Team and IT, you will design dashboards, run product and revenue analyses, and translate findings into clear recommendations for stakeholders. Fluency in English and willingness to travel are required.

Competenze

• University degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering or Economics.
• At least 6 years of experience with large data sets and dashboards.
• Strong Excel and BI (Power BI) skills; SQL required; Python a plus.

Mansioni

• Lead global data insights for marketing and CRM strategies.
• Analyze data from multiple sources to optimize insights.
• Design and maintain KPI dashboards from raw data.
