Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking an Italian Content Moderator to maintain a safe online environment. The role reviews content, investigates reports, and enforces policies to protect users.

You will work with cross-functional teams and contribute to safety improvements while handling high expectations in a fast-paced setting. The position offers a relocation package to Sofia, €1,500 gross relocation bonus, and 21 days of company-provided accommodation on arrival.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Italian and English (minimum B1/B2).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure.
• Experience in content moderation/trust and safety is a plus.
• Authorized to work in Bulgaria.

Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate user-generated content to ensure compliance with guidelines.
• Investigate, assess, escalate, and resolve issues reported by users.
• Analyze data to determine severity and impact of incidents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on safety matters.
• Monitor trends to identify risks and prevent abuse.
• Produce reports to support improvements in safety operations.
• Review platform features and provide safety-enhancing recommendations.
• Enforce policies to maintain a positive community experience.
