Costa is seeking an experienced IT Program & Demand Manager in Genoa, Italy to connect business priorities with technology delivery. You will drive demand shaping, governance, and transformation across commercial, digital, financial, and operational domains, working with top stakeholders and product teams.

The role emphasizes defining structured requirements, roadmaps, and value realization while navigating complex enterprise programs and partnerships.

Competenze

• 8-10 years of experience in program management, demand management, business partnership, PMO, or technology-enabled transformation initiatives within complex enterprise environments.
• Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders and translate business priorities into actionable initiatives, roadmaps, business cases, and delivery plans.
• Strong experience leading cross-functional programs and projects, balancing priorities, managing risks, and driving execution across multiple stakeholders.
• Familiarity with technology delivery environments, working with product teams, external vendors, system integrators, and multi-partner ecosystems.
• Exposure to commercial, digital, customer-facing, or operational transformation initiatives is a plus.
• Experience with domains such as Pricing, Revenue Management, CRM, Order Management, Billing, or Omnichannel Customer Journeys is considered an advantage.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical thinking, and decision-making skills, with curiosity and openness to AI, automation, and emerging technologies.

• Manage complex technology-enabled initiatives, providing structure, governance, and direction throughout the program lifecycle.
• Shape solutions by collaborating with Product teams, Enterprise Architecture, Data & AI experts, vendors, and system integrators to create measurable value.
• Support evolution of Costa's technology landscape and transformation capabilities through process analysis and impact assessment.
