Costa is seeking an experienced IT Program & Demand Manager in Genoa, Italy to connect business priorities with technology delivery. You will drive demand shaping, governance, and transformation across commercial, digital, financial, and operational domains, working with top stakeholders and product teams.

The role emphasizes defining structured requirements, roadmaps, and value realization while navigating complex enterprise programs and partnerships.

Competenze

• 8-10 years of experience in program management, demand management, business partnership, PMO, or technology-enabled transformation initiatives within complex enterprise environments.
• Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders and translate business priorities into actionable initiatives, roadmaps, business cases, and delivery plans.
• Strong experience leading cross-functional programs and projects, balancing priorities, managing risks, and driving execution across multiple stakeholders.
• Familiarity with technology delivery environments, working with product teams, external vendors, system integrators, and multi-partner ecosystems.
• Exposure to commercial, digital, customer-facing, or operational transformation initiatives is a plus.
• Experience with domains such as Pricing, Revenue Management, CRM, Order Management, Billing, or Omnichannel Customer Journeys is considered an advantage.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical thinking, and decision-making skills, with curiosity and openness to AI, automation, and emerging technologies.

Demand Management & Business Partnership

You will act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, helping identify, qualify, and prioritize strategic needs. By translating business objectives into structured requirements, roadmaps, and technology initiatives, you will help ensure alignment between business priorities, IT strategy, and delivery capacity.

Program Leadership & Transformation Delivery

You will manage complex technology-enabled initiatives, providing structure, governance, and direction throughout the program lifecycle. From planning and prioritization to execution, risk management, and value realization, you will help ensure successful outcomes across cross-functional transformation programs.

Technology Enablement & Value Creation

You will work closely with Product teams, Enterprise Architecture, Data & AI experts, vendors, and system integrators to shape solutions that address business challenges and create measurable value. Through process analysis, business case development, and impact assessment, you will support the evolution of Costa's technology landscape and transformation capabilities.

What Makes You Unique
