Experis is recruiting IT Support Specialists – Fluent English for a leading European institution in Parma. You will join an international environment, supporting end users in daily activities and delivering high-quality IT services.

Responsibilities include 1st and 2nd line support, incident management, device troubleshooting, and assisting with Microsoft 365 tools. Italian and English fluency are required.

Competenze

• 1-3 years of IT Support or Service Desk experience.
• Fluent Italian and English (written and spoken) at least B2/C1.
• ITIL certification is a plus.

Mansioni

• Provide 1st and 2nd level IT support to end users.
• Manage and resolve incidents, service requests and technical issues.
• Support workplace devices, laptops, printers and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software problems.
• Assist users with Microsoft 365 tools and collaboration platforms.
• Monitor support tickets and ensure SLAs are met.
• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues.
• Contribute to IT support process improvements.
