Job summary

NBCUniversal is seeking an experienced TechEx Operations Analyst to deliver high-quality IT support across the NBCUniversal landscape. You will be the primary contact for end users, handling incidents from diagnosis to resolution across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Microsoft 365 environments.

The role includes smart hands support for infrastructure and network teams, collaboration tooling, and travel to other company sites as needed to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years' IT support in a client-facing enterprise.
• Strong hands-on support for Windows, macOS, and iOS in corporate settings.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 administration and support.
• Experience using ServiceNow with SLA-driven ticketing.
• Active Directory and Azure AD administration experience.
• Experience with endpoint management tools (Intune, DEP).
• Experience supporting on-site and remote users via multiple channels.
• Networking basics (TCP/IP, DNS, LAN/WAN).
• Experience supporting AV/meeting room tech (Teams Rooms, Cisco, Crestron).
• Familiar with CSI and process governance; ITIL or Microsoft certs a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on IT support across Windows, macOS, iOS and enterprise systems.
• Own incidents from diagnosis to resolution with SLA-aligned response.
• Assist meeting rooms and collaboration tools; support Teams Rooms, Cisco, Crestron.
• Coordinate with internal resolver groups and third-party vendors.
• Follow ServiceNow processes with accurate ticketing and data quality.
• Identify recurring issues and contribute to CSI and roadmaps.
