BCIC Swiss GmbH invites applications for an IT Support Specialist to join our on-site team in Italy. The role focuses on delivering on-site 1st and 2nd level IT support to end users, resolving hardware, software, and networking issues, and maintaining Windows and Office environments.

You will manage tickets with our help desk system, document issues, and collaborate with internal teams and external vendors. Prior service desk experience and strong technical troubleshooting skills are required.

Formación

• Several years of experience in IT user support or service desk environments (on-site).
• Strong knowledge of IT hardware, software, and troubleshooting.

Responsabilidades

• Provide 1st and 2nd level onsite IT support to end users.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
• Install, configure, and support Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Support business applications and IT-related user issues.
• Configure and troubleshoot printers, peripherals, laptops, and desktops.
• Perform preventive maintenance and basic remedial troubleshooting.
• Maintain accurate ticket documentation and provide timely status updates.
• Coordinate with internal teams and third-party vendors when required.
• Support network, server, telecom, and other IT environments as needed.
