Sungrow Europe is looking for an IT Support Specialist in Milan to join our regional IT team. You will deliver hybrid Level 1/2 support for end-users in Italy and across Southern Europe, ensuring smooth operations and secure access to Microsoft 365 and company devices.

Work with ITSM tools like Jira and Zendesk, support Intune management, and help enforce Defender security policies. Collaborate with regional teams to uphold global standards and drive continuous improvement.

Competenze

• 2–5 years in a combined Level 1 and Level 2 IT support role.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint) and Windows OS.
• Hands-on with Jira, Zendesk or ServiceNow for incident management.
• Fluent Italian and English (C1); Chinese is optional.
• Experience with Intune/Endpoint Manager, Defender suite or Fortinet is a plus.
• Good networking fundamentals (VPN, firewall, VoIP) understood.
• ITIL Foundation is an advantage.

Your profile

All right, all right, that was intriguing, wasn't it? Now, in order to fit into this role and be happy for a long time, your ideal background should look a lot like this:

• 2-5 years of experience in a combined Level 1 and Level 2 IT support role.
• Demonstrated working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint) and Windows operating systems.
• Hands-on experience with ITSM platforms such as Jira, Zendesk, or ServiceNow.
• Fluency in Italian and English (C1) is required, or Chinese (not mandatory).
• Experience with Microsoft Intune/Endpoint Manager, Microsoft Defender suite, or Fortinet environments is an advantage.
• A sound understanding of networking fundamentals including VPN, firewall, and VoIP technologies would be beneficial.
• ITIL Foundation certification is considered an advantage.
