Job summary

Tudor Team Alinghi in Naples seeks an IT Specialist to join the team and support its operations for the 38th America's Cup campaign. You will be the first point of contact for IT at the Naples base, assisting team members and guests day-to-day and handling routine server and access administration under the IT Lead.

Key tasks include providing first/second-line support, configuring devices, managing Microsoft 365, user access, printing and AV support, and maintaining servers with patches, backups

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in IT support or systems administration.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration.
• Windows Server and Active Directory management (user/group, GPO, DNS, DHCP).
• English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Provide first and second-line IT support to users, in person and remotely.
• Set up, configure and maintain laptops, desktops and peripherals (desk support).
• Support and administer Microsoft 365: accounts, licenses, Outlook, Teams and OneDrive.
• Manage user access: joiners, movers and leavers, group memberships, permissions and periodic access checks, applying changes.
• Install and maintain printers and shared devices.
• Support meeting rooms and AV equipment.
• Maintain the servers: apply updates/patches, monitor health/capacity, backups, restore tests, escalate issues.
• Support guests and hospitality events with connectivity and equipment.
• Help with equipment orders, stock and deliveries.
• Document procedures, report to the IT Lead on open issues, recurring problems and priorities.

Tudor Team Alinghi is seeking an IT Specialist to join the Team in Naples, to support the Team in the delivery of its 38th America's Cup campaign.

The IT Specialist will be the first point of contact for IT at our Naples base. You will support our Team Members and Guests day-to-day, and you will take on the routine administration of our servers and user access, reporting directly to the IT Lead.

• Document procedures, and report to the IT Lead on open issues, recurring problems and priorities

Qualifications & Experience

MUST HAVE

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support or systems administration
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration
• Windows Server and Active Directory: user and group management, Group Policy, DNS and DHCP
• Experience with server maintenance: updates, patching, monitoring and backups
• Basic networking knowledge: Wi-Fi, LAN, DHCP and DNS
• Experience with ticketing
• Clear communication with non-technical users
• English, written and spoken

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience with virtualisation and Veeam
• Experience with Intune or device management
• Italian, French (or Spanish)
• Experience in a fast-paced environment such as sports, events or broadcast
