Telespazio invites applications for a Service Management Specialist to join the Digital Solutions – Service Management team in Rome. The role focuses on ITSM governance, incident and change management, and coordinating digital transformation initiatives across cross-functional teams.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years in IT Project or Process Management, strong stakeholder communication, and fluency in English (C1).

Competenze

• It experience coordinating IT and digital transformation projects (Agile/Waterfall).
• Experience with ITSM processes and ticketing tools.
• Fluent in written and spoken English (C1 level).
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with technical and business teams.

Mansioni

• Support governance of ITSM platforms and processes with analysis and continuous improvement of workflows.
• Collaborate in managing Incident, Change, and Request Management aligned with stakeholders.
• Gather and formalize functional and operational requirements from various business units.
• Design and optimize workflows and data quality in information flows.
• Create and maintain process documentation (procedures, KPIs, reporting).
• Coordinate project activities including planning, risk management, and cross-team interaction.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security and workplace teams for solution integration.
