Telespazio is seeking a Service Management Specialist to join its Digital Solutions – Service Management team in Rome. The role focuses on ITSM governance, incident/change/request management, and gathering requirements to improve workflows and data quality.

You will coordinate IT projects and digital transformation initiatives, collaborate with infrastructure, security, and workplace teams, and ensure processes are aligned with stakeholders, delivering measurable improvements and reliable

Competenze

• 3–5 years of experience in IT Project Management or Process Management.
• Experience coordinating IT and digital transformation projects (Agile/Waterfall).
• Familiarity with ITSM processes and ticketing tools (ServiceNow or Jira Service Management).
• Strong stakeholder management and effective communication with technical and business teams.

Within the Digital Solutions – Service Management team, we are looking for a resource to take on the role of Service Management Specialist, with experience in Project Management, process analysis, IT Service Management, and the management of digital transformation initiatives.

Main Responsibilities

• Support the governance of ITSM platforms and processes through analysis, monitoring, and continuous improvement of operational workflows

Role Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in IT Project Management, or Process Management, preferably in consulting or corporate environments
• Experience coordinating IT and digital transformation projects (Agile/Waterfall)
• Familiarity with ITSM processes and ticketing tools (ServiceNow or Jira Service Management)
• Strong stakeholder management and effective communication skills with both technical and business teams
• Problem‑solving attitude, operational autonomy, and strong goal orientation
• Experience working in multi‑team and multidisciplinary environments
