Leonardo Space Division via Telespazio is seeking a Service Management Specialist to drive ITSM governance and optimize operational workflows across business units. The role, based in IT Roma with hybrid working, requires 3–5 years in IT project or process management, experience with Agile/Waterfall, and strong stakeholder engagement with fluent English.

Competenze

• Experience in IT project or process management.
• Familiarity with ITSM and ticketing tools.
• Strong communication with technical and business teams.

Mansioni

• Support ITSM governance through analysis, monitoring and improving workflows.
• Collaborate in Incident, Change and Request Management with stakeholders.
• Gather, analyze and formalize functional and operational requirements.
• Design and optimize workflows focusing on data quality and information flow.
• Support creation and maintenance of process documentation (KPIs, reporting).
• Coordinate project activities: planning, risk, progress with multidisciplinary teams.
• Collaborate with infra, security, and workplace teams for integration.
